Hello everybody!

If you have been banned on the Discord server "Community Realygirllp", that's not a broken neck.
You can then submit a request for unban with your apology or justification. Of course, you can also ask for evidence.

Then do the following:
1. Join the server https://discord.gg/4EKzNBN.
2. Read the information and switch to your request for unban on the left.

Please write the truth in your request. This is how you can go the furthest. :-)

If your request is denied, you are welcome to try again to create a request for unban. A maximum of 2 requests for unban may be written per ban. If both are denied, you can try again in a month.

IMPORTANT: Bans are NOT processed via PM!

Here you will find a template how you can write your request for unban. Please do not use copy / paste.

One day ago I was permanently banned from the server with the reason "insulting other members". I was a little angry with the player XXX because he won several games against me in a row and then insulted him, which I deeply regret.
I have already personally apologized to this player. He also accepted my apology and we like to play together again.
I would love it if you remove my ban, as I promise never to react like that again.

- C-3PO wurde auf Basis von discord.py rewrite neu geschrieben (vorher discord.py async). Es sollten euch aber keine Änderungen auffallen. Bei Problemen/Fehlern bitte eine DM an C-3PO schreiben!!

- Kurze Nachrichten aus einem Wort, die in Caps sind (wie OK) werden jetzt nicht mehr als Caps-Nachricht erkannt und nicht mehr gelöscht

- neuer Befehl !serverinfo: Lasse dir einige Informationen zum Server anzeigen.
- neuer Befehl !nick NAME: Ändere deinen Namen auf dem Server.
- neuer Befehl !fight @mention: Greife einen anderen User vom Server an.
- neuer Befehl !kiss @mention: Gebe einem anderen User einen Kuss.
- verbesserte Sicherheit: Es ist nun nicht mehr möglich, exe-Dateien und andere potentiell gefährliche Dateien auf dem Server zu versenden.
- verbesser Chatfilter: Der Chatfilter auf dem Server wurde erheblich verbessert und erkennt jetzt auch bearbeitete Nachrichten.
- neuer Rang @Giveaways: Werde über alle Giveaways auf dem Server benachrichtigt, um keins zu verpassen.
- neuer Textkanal #onslaught-spoiler: Diskutiere mit der Community über SWTOR-Onslaught! Nur mit dem Spoiler-Rang sichtbar.

- Der C-3PO Bot wurde komplett überarbeitet und schreibt nun in embeds mit blauem Rand
- Der SWTOR-News (DE) Bot wurde überarbeitet und schreibt nun ebenfalls in embeds. Zusätzlich wird bei Devtracker posts nun das BioWare Forenicon angezeigt.
- Neuer Befehl "!affe". Dieser Zeigt euch einen Fact über Affen an (Wie bei !hund und !katze)
- Der Command zum einlösen eines Verifizierungscodes kann jetzt nur noch im #hier-verifizieren Channel ausgeführt werden.
- Der Command !verify gibt in den Channels nun nicht mehr die Fehlermeldung "Fehler"
- Wenn man einen Command in einem Chatchannel ausführt, wird jetzt ein Hinweis auf den #commands Channel angezeigt.

- Der Spamschutz wurde verbessert und blockiert nun auch ähnliche Texte
- Es wurde ein neuer erwähnbarer Rang @Streams hinzugefügt, welcher erwähnt wird, wenn ein Streaner einen Livestream startet
- Die @here Erwähnungen in den Bots MEE6 und C-3PO wurde in @Streams geändert.

- Das Verifizierungssystem wurde komplett überarbeitet. Jetzt müssen User beim Joinen auf dem Server einen Code eingeben, welcher Zufällig generiert wird
- Es wurde ein Fehler behoben, der Usern mit bestimmten Einstellungen die Verifizierung, sowie auch die Willkommensnachricht nicht richtig anzeigen lassen hat

- Da in letzter Zeit viele Spammer dem Server joinen, muss man sich jetzt den Verifiziert-Rang geben, um Schreibrechte zu bekommen. Dies ist bei der #rangverwaltung möglich.

- Beim Posten neuer Videos auf YouTube werden nicht mehr alle erwähnt. (Ausnahme: Streams)
- Es gibt jetzt einen extra-channel für die Rangvergabe
- Der Spoiler-Channel ist jetzt nur noch sichtbar, wenn ihr es möchtet. Gebt dafür einfach !add-spoiler ein oder nutzt den Rangverwaltung-Channel
- Es gibt einen neuen Rang für News, welcher bei neuen Infos zum Server nur die informiert, die es wünschen
- Der C-3PO Bot hat fälschlicherweise manchmal Nachrichten gelöscht, die nicht unangemessen waren. Hierbei wurde die Programmierung des Bots etwas angepasst
- Der Spamschutz wirkt sich jetzt nicht mehr auf Befehle aus
- im #chat findet ihr ab jetzt eine Anleitung, wie ihr eure Benachrichtigungen richtig verwaltet und diese nach euren Wünschen einstellen könnt

Here are a few basic guidelines:

The Discord-TOS and Discord-Communityguidelines apply!

Account:
- Use your own nickname and profile picture. We don't want fakers!
- Your nickname and profile picture should not offend anyone and should be youth-friendly. The server is also used by younger people!
- Your nickname shouldn't contain punctuation marks that move you up in the list. Equal rights for all!
- Your nickname shouldn't contain any movie or game spoilers. We want to keep the tension going!
- The use of second accounts to have a higher chance of winning giveaways is prohibited. Please be fair folks! (e.g. In SWTOR may not win the same SWTOR account more than once with ONE giveaway)
- Circumventing bans through second accounts is strictly forbidden! Better to create a request for unban.
- Blocking admins and bots to ignore warnings and other things is prohibited! If we can't contact you about violations, then we can't help you either...

Connection:
- VPNs may be used as long as they are not used to break the rules or to circumvent a ban.

Text chat:
- Always be friendly to the other members, even if they disagree with you! Please accept if someone has a different opinion about something.
- Self-promotion (YT channel) is generally allowed, but should not be excessive. More on this below.
- Stick to the topic, write constructively, behave socially and politely.
- Do not spam, this includes constantly entering and leaving the server.
- Discussions on religious or sexual topics are prohibited! There are better places for this than here.
- Discussing illegal activities is prohibited!
- Posting pornographic content is only allowed in #chat-18. However, only legal content is allowed.
- Posting hate rants or other aggressive content is prohibited!
- Das dauerhafte Schreiben in CAPS ist verboten.It's like yelling at others and NO ONE LIKES TO BE YELLED AT!
- Links to other websites may be posted as long as there is no harmful content (viruses, Trojans) or adult websites (except Discord invitations).
- Don't make false claims to others. Lying is not nice, don't do it!
- The @Moderator-Ping is only allowed in emergency-situations (like raiding, big rule-breaking).
- Don't ping other users or roles without any reason.
- Spoilers may only be posted in the #spoiler-channel. A spoiler tag is also necessary in certain circumstances.
- The distribution of FakeNews is strictly prohibited!
- Pictures can be posted, but not spammed.
- PM spamming other members in order to violate these rules unnoticed is prohibited.
- Commands should only be runned in #commands.
- Spam of commands (!help, ?help, ...), to fill the command-chat, is prohibited .
- Insulting other members on other platforms in order to violate these rules unnoticed is prohibited. Even if we cannot understand this 100%, there can be penalties if it is noticed.
- Don't argue about moderation. Our moderators have the task of maintaining a pleasant and helpful environment for all users. It is not okay to discuss how to go about it.
- Real money trading is prohibited! Real money fraud can even result in a report.
- The instructions of the administrators and moderators must always be followed!

Voice chat:
- Always be friendly to the other members, even if they disagree with you! Please accept if someone has a different opinion about something.
- Mute your mic when you're not talking. Nobody should hear your mom yelling at you for gambling too much.
- Don't yell around all the time. Once that's okay, it annoys the other members all the time.
- Voice recordings may only be made in the recording or streaming channels. (Except for moderators if they suspect a rule violation)
- If you are in the recording or streaming channel, keep in mind that these videos will be uploaded later or the stream is live. A later refusal to upload is excluded!
- The music bots can be used in any language channel as long as everyone else agrees.
- The deliberate "stealing" of music bots that are currently running on another channel is prohibited. Just don't do it!
- Don't jump back and forth between different voicechannels.
- Discussions of pornographic content is prohibited. Again: Here are children too!

Support:
- For server related support please DM @C-3PO, that all team members can help you.
- Any form of support abuse is prohibited.
- Spamming the C-3PO bot counts as spamming and is prohibited
- "Phone pranks " and "trolling" are prohibited in any form.
- If you need help with @Verification, please write directly in #support.

Data protection:
- Sharing of personal information is prohibited! Protect your privacy and that of others!

We:
- We never ask you for personal data (name, address, ...)
- We never ask you for your Discord password or any other security information
- We and the bots can distribute penalties at our own discretion

We reserve the right to change the rules at any time without notice. Everyone is responsible for staying up to date!

Posts that violate these rules will be REMOVED without notice!
Repeated violations lead to temporary or permanent BANNS!
